Grievance Handling Procedure:
1. Once a complaint is received in LG's Listening Post, the same is immediately registered on website (www.listeningpostdelhilg.in) and automatically a Grievance No. is given to the complainant
on his/her mobile phone through SMS. Simultaneously, the complaint is forwarded to the Nodal officers of the department(s) concerned for taking necessary action as per rules
and regulations of the department(s) concerned.
2. Once a grievance is redressed by department(s) concerned an auto generated SMS is sent to the complainant on his/her mobile phone with the request to check status of
grievance and submit feedback on Listening Post portal.
Latest version of the lg listening mobile app(13.0.0) has already been republished in google play store.Users are requested to download & install the latest app.
