The ‘Mobile App of Listening Post of Lt. Governor, Delhi’ refers to the services being provided through Lt. Governor’s Listening Post website- https://www.listeningpostdelhilg.in,. This mobile app is free to download and there is no subscription fee to be paid by you to use this app.
The Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi intends to address all grievances of people of Delhi pertaining to the departments of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, DDA, Delhi Police & three Municipal Corporations.
Your use of Mobile App of Listening Post of Lt. Governor, Delhi is subject to consent of these Terms of Service/Use (referred to as “Terms” that also mean to include any additional guidelines and/or modifications to these Terms of Service/Use as may be introduced from time to time). You are required to give your consent to these Terms in totality. If you do not consent to the Terms or any part thereof then you should not download/access this App and use the services offered through this App. The features, functionality and the scope (in terms of services on-boarded on this Mobile App) shall evolve with time.
By accessing and using this Mobile App (hereafter also referred to as Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi, We or Our), you as the End User (also referred to as You, Your or User) agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree and acknowledge that the access and use of this Mobile App by You is voluntary and of your own accord. If You are aged below 18 years, please get your parent's/guardian's permission/consent before You provide information to us via this Mobile App. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with information and, in the event that they do so, we will terminate services with immediate effect. You have to provide parent’s/guardian’s valid email ID, so that Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi could then send an email to the parent/guardian notifying that the child has registered for the service and Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi has been given to understand that parental consent is there.
You acknowledge and hereby agree that your access and use of this Mobile App shall be subject to the applicable laws, rules and regulations for the time being in force in India. This Mobile App is currently available on Google Play Store (for Android mobile devices) and shall soon be made available on iOS.
As a user of this Mobile App, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Mobile App in accordance with these Terms. Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms shall result in the termination of Your account without any notice. We reserve the right to make changes to this Mobile App and/ or to these Terms at any time.

Responsibility and Ownership of Information and Content
When You register with this Mobile App and/or use this Mobile App services, You may need to provide personal information necessary for the requested service delivery such as name, address, valid email, valid mobile number etc. You shall be solely responsible for authenticity of Your personal information. You understand and acknowledge that you shall be providing all such necessary personal information at your free will and in accordance with the requirements of the specific service You wish to avail. You also authorize us and our registered Service Providers may store Your information, documents electronically for the purposes of service delivery and/or for the personalization of service delivery and experience enhancements and/or for the relevant analytics and/or for legal requirements and/or for any such relevant purposes; please read the “Privacy Policy” carefully that forms the part of these “Terms”.
Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi may perform some basic checks on the type and quality of the contents provided by YOU and reserves the right to refuse or remove any content or account that, in its sole discretion, is found to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, promoting violence, defamatory, pornographic, or violating this Mobile App Terms of Service/Use and Privacy Policy or violating IPR (intellectual property rights) of any of this Mobile App users/partners and/or of Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi registered Service Provider or violative of any law for the time being in force.
Limitation on Liability
Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi does not guarantee that the platform shall meet any specific requirements, or that it will be available uninterrupted, or that it is 100% secure, encrypted and error-free, or that the results obtained using the platform will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information available on the platform will meet user expectations.
Users expressly understand and agree, that in no event will Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Mobile App.
Limitation on Use
The Mobile App of Listening Post of Lt. Governor, Delhi platform is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display or create derivative works from this Mobile App. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage, individual identities or users. You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy this Mobile App without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of this Mobile App is prohibited and is an offence under applicable laws. The use of any software (e.g. bots, scraper tools) or other automatic devices to access, monitor or copy the website pages is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi in writing.
Right to Modify or Terminate
Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. Lt. Governor’s Listening Post, Delhi, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate any user account and refuse any current or future use of the platform for any reason at any time without giving any prior notice. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of the account, and the loss of all the content hosted therein.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi only.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND LICENCE
All trademarks (including logo, mark, name, caption), copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in this Mobile App, its components and offered services, vests with Lt. Governor’s Secretariat, Delhi. You should not adapt or use otherwise any name, mark or logo that is identical, or confusingly similar to any of the marks and logos used by and/or related to this Mobile App. You agree and acknowledge that the access and use of this Mobile App and services through this shall not be construed to confer on you any rights of any nature including rights in any form of intellectual property contained in the services and/or this Mobile App or related to Lt. Governor’s Secretariat, Delhi,. If in the course of accessing and using the this Mobile App and services through this, you even unintentionally infringe the rights including rights in any form of intellectual property of Lt. Governor’s Secretariat, Delhi in the services, you shall immediately cease and desist any such use.
